Working under minimal supervision, partners with and supports the Sales Leader to support the Sales Management operating model. Provides analysis support, proactively manages data and data sources, prepares periodic reports on key company metrics including local market activity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the market database of all occupiers and investors.
Develops and manages processes and reports to audit data, identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Recommends and coordinates process implementations to ensure ongoing improvement in sales support functions.
Ensures business plans, tracking reports, pursuit strategies, analyses, and various other scheduled and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and analyses are accurate and completed/delivered on time.
Reviews dashboards, routine and ad hoc tracking reports to identify and comment on results and trends.
Analyzes cause and effects and recommends manager and staff actions.
Prepares materials for and participates in market meetings/calls, broker debriefs, supports the Finishing First process.
Completes peer review of materials prepared within the analyst community, recommending changes as needed prior to release.
Partners with Research and Marketing in generating reports and supporting materials for Sales Management.
Conducts business reviews with brokers to assist them in setting goals and establishing their business plans.
Provides data about market segments, business activity and success rates. Helps broker prioritize pursuit activity.
Conducts broker debriefs to capture broker activity and pipeline development.
Helps identify expert resources to support broker's pursuit activities.
Provides Sales Leader with insight and observations based on objective results and day-to-day interactions with sales team associates.
Acts as the local Salesforce expert, assisting brokers, support staff, management and others in the full utilization of the tool.
Conducts formal and informal training to help users become proficient with all functions of the tool and facilitates integration of Salesforce into the culture of the market.
Learns, supports and drives the adoption of other broker technology tools.
Learns other systems and tools as directed by the Sales Leader.
Performs other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
