The Senior Project Manager will provide project management and leadership for the successful delivery of roadway projects within Central Florida. We are looking for a candidate possessing strong verbal and written skills, as well as a demonstrated ability leading transportation projects. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated success in the delivery of limited access transportation projects for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, and/or the Central Florida Expressway. Specific leadership characteristics will include:

  • Thorough understanding of the project management requirements for leading multi-disciplinary roadway projects, including the ability to properly scope and manage projects to established metrics for schedule and profit
  • A firm commitment to Quality Control practices
  • Leading marketing pursuits by developing concepts, attending marketing meetings, and providing technical guidance on letters of responses
  • A strong mentor of project teams and junior staff


  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • 15+ years of experience working on roadway design projects, preferably with emphasis on FDOT standards and criteria
  • 5+ years of experience managing limited access projects
  • Proficient with Bentley MicroStation and GEOPAK
  • Experience with 3D Modeling, AutoCAD, Bentley InRoads (and/or OpenRoads), and AutoTURN is a plus
