Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Work with Marketing, Planning, and Analytics to segment the customer base using behavioral and demographic data
  • Analyze data to gain key consumer insights to incorporate into personalized engagement and upsell strategies across email, in-app, and web touchpoints
  • Maintain a testing pipeline and synthesize learnings to continuously optimize campaigns
  • Map the holistic customer journey to produce relevant, omni-channel messaging and offers
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to deliver a superior customer service and My Account experience
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on engagement and loyalty initiatives
  • Manage the development of a Marketing Specialist
  • Build business cases to prioritize strategic IT development projects
  • Report and track progress against engagement, roll-to-pay, and churn KPIs

Skills – Experience and Requirements

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with focus in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8years of experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with campaign measurement and a solid understanding of metrics that drive a business
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver superior results
  • Confidence using data to drive decisions and results
  • Passion for stepping into the customer’s shoes
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to find creative solutions
