The Senior Research Analyst supports the Research Department in design of clinical studies, data analysis and presentation. He/She helps to provide the company with detailed analysis on applied pragmatic clinical research (APCR) focused on care delivery and process improvement that lead to findings that can rapidly be adopted and implemented across the organization and the wider CKD community. These data will directly influence decisions on ongoing and future clinical initiatives and realignment of operational processes to enable development of a patient-centered End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) care delivery system suitable for the accountable care future. The delivery of dialysis/CKD care will depend directly on decreasing adverse events associated with ESRD and dialysis therapy. Focused data analysis highlighting gaps and high riskevents associated with ESRD will enable the organization to more rapidly introduce new services to better respond to patients and care takers needs. Therefore, the role of data analysis will be a critical prerequisite to prepare for the future value added ESRD care provider environment.
