defi SOLUTIONS is in a pivotal transition stage as it looks to establish market dominance in the auto lending space. We are investing significantly in our future and are currently looking for candidates that will help us implement a variety of enterprise initiatives focused on best practices. An ideal candidate for us is a team player that is looking to quickly make a name for themselves in a fast- growing business. This person will be key to our successful implementation of a number of “best in class” solutions and will also support our Release Management Framework for our Commercial Systems and Corporate IT Services.
As a Release Manager within defi SOLUTIONS Service Management & Corporate IT Services Organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Releases, ensuring they are delivered on time and with high quality. You will also be responsible for driving the resolution of risks and issues identified by project teams participating in the releases and ensuring that senior management has visibility into the trade-offs associated with every decision made. The role also calls for the production and synthesizing of release related metrics, leading the defined post implementation review and lessons learned process.
You should exercise thought leadership in DevOps principles and surface insights into our value stream as it relates to software releases. You should advocate and drive automation of our SDLC towards one-piece flow while still meeting industry compliance standards and controls.
Another critical aspect of this role is helping to support delivery of strategic Corporate IT solutions. This requires someone that possesses superb process engineering and project management skills and has experience supporting multi-phased cross business deliverables. You will help define stakeholder requirements, manage aspects of build and implementation.
This role is multi-faceted, requiring a candidate with strong communication skills, impeccable project management skills and consultative selling chops. Further, it calls for an individual that isn’t above rolling up his/her sleeves to get administrative busy work done and a person with an inherent drive to continually increase technical, business knowledge and experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Project Manage strategic Corporate IT deliverables and oversee defining of requirements, build and implementation
Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across the defi SOLUTIONS portfolio
Manage risks and resolve issues that impact release scope, schedule and quality
Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget and that they meet or exceed expectations
Analyze the software delivery pipeline to identify waste and improve throughput
Communicate all key release deliverables, commitment and change requests
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
Conduct release Readiness Reviews, Milestone Reviews and business Go/No-Go Reviews
Produce Deployment Run Books and Implementation Plans
Deliver weekly Release Management Reporting
Work with DevOps Engineers to understand our branching strategy and code merges
Maintain the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors
Drive continuous improvement with the Release Management process
Lead Post Implementation Reviews and drive for results
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Leverage existing knowledge and familiarity with industry standard tools used to deliver quality services to internal and external clients
Promote effective analysis to determine root cause of application/product/services problems; utilize experience and observations to resolve issues and drive creation of best practices
Execute effective decision-making, where analysis, deductive reasoning aid in supporting productive decisions based upon informed judgement
Deliver quality in everything you do and meet or exceed commitments with internal and external clients

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required; related technical work experience is a plus.
5+ years in technology related roles
Project Management experience
Familiarity and experience working in a software development framework
3+ years working in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
1+ years working with CI/CD automation tooling such as Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall Product Development Methodology(s)
Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
Software Release Management experience
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Familiarity with AWS/Azure Cloud solutions
Experience working on Process and Solution Designing
Implementation experience in ITSM modules (including Incident, Problem, Change, Software License & Asset Management and CMDB)
Experience in development of custom modules through ServiceNow
Ability to instill discipline within the organization along with demonstrated leadership capability
