ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Otherduties may be assigned. 

  • Own the scheduling, coordinating, and management of user story and bug fix releases across multiple environments and multiple delivery teams within the CAE Salesforce org
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between developers and across teams
  • Provide training and technical assistance to users of the Release Management tool
  • Communicate upcoming and successful or failed deployments to the production environment to all stakeholders.
  • Lead the Release Management team in developing processes to move towards a Continuous Delivery Release Management lifecycle.
  • Work with all levels of the organization to determine needs and establish priorities.


Must have previously worked with a CRM solution in a challenging environment and shown success.

  • 5+ Years of release management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with the administration of and Demand Tools required.
  • Experience writing and maintaining artifacts for release management processes, patterns and best practices. 
  • Strong experience in change and release management processes 
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality 
  • Must be a go-getter and enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus 
  • Strong configuration and development skills. 
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Experience with salesforce workflow tools like Salesforce process builder and workflow.
  • Experience in Agile environments. Scaled Agile and Scrum preferable.
  • Experience using continuous integration tools for Salesforce like Copado or AutoRabit. Copado preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus 
  • 5+ years of related Salesforce.comexperience in IT
  • 5+ years of CRM experience
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Project 
  • Strong proficiency of and Demand Tools required.
  • Strong communication skills
