Responsibilities

As a Senior Regional Facilities Manager with Hines, you will lead a team of professional Regional Facilities Managers and be the responsible party for successful, efficient and above industry standard delivery, reporting and improvement of all related Facilities Services, financialreporting, associated contracts and lease administration oversight. You will work closely with the Hines Amazon leadership to ensure that all Facilities related tools necessary for the regions are provided (software, physical or otherwise) and are updated and reviewed in accordance with work scope and business needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Builds the strategic business development plan in line with both Hines and our clients business objectives for the specified portfolio
  • Assists in the building and deployment of KPI metrics
  • Collaborates with multiple internal and external service teams to deliver a consistent high customer experience
  • Provides an informed regular review of the portfolio’s budget and associated facility management services
  • Benchmarking and gap analysis
  • Coaches and develops site-based Facilities Managers to continually learn and progress in their fields of expertise
  • Creatively designs and deploys service programs with the Portfolio Manager
  • Works with the Business Excellence team to deliver and enhance processes and policies relevant to the specific region
  • Assume additional responsibilities as will be delegated from time to time by the Director of Facilities Management and Vice President Property Management

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; MBA strongly preferred
  • Fifteen or more years Facility Management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong initiative and customer service orientation
  • Knowledgeable in Risk, governance and compliance
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Strong leadership presence with proven track record of delivering results
  • Strong financial acumen and experience
  • Perceptive leader with a real passion for building and developing a strong team
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
