  • Located in or willing to relocate to New England region (Employer-paid full relocation available). Candidates can reside or relocate to general New England Region but ideally MA, RI or CT
  • 5+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare housekeeping with high customer/client contactrequired
  • In depth knowledge of HCAHPS
  • 5+ years budgeting, forecasting and salesexperience
  • Experience managing multiple hospitals/systems simultaneously
  • Experience with Aramark, Hospital Housekeeping Services, Sodexo, ABM, Xanitos preferred
  • 80%travel
  • US Citizens and Green Card holders only


  • Experience dealing with unions
  • Regional Director or District Manager Experience with a contract management company



  • Position will oversee 1 Regional Director of Operations
  • 19 total accounts in Massachusetts with 7 of those accounts being direct report accounts
  • Does not report to an office, most days will be spent traveling to the different accounts
  • Candidates can reside in the general New England Region but ideally MA, RI or CT


  • Develop financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the region
  • Develop a business plan and budget for the region
  • Control overhead expenses within the region
  • Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the region
  • Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports, and otherfinancial results
  • Recommends and manage capital requirements to maximize financial returns
  • Actively involved with sales survey pricing of business
  • Monitor future contractfinancial reviews and updates
  • Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goals
  • Monitor period analysis and initiates action plans as necessary
  • Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
  • Maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the region
  • Administer required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and respond in a timely and effective manner
  • Promote client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources
  • Monitors and ensure compliance with the provisions of client contracts
  • Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required
  • Oversee Regional Director of Operations within the region
