The Role

Korn Ferry RPO & Professional Search is searching for a Senior Recruiter based in Dallas, Texas to support our RPO clients.

This Senior Recruiter will build client relationships in both onsite, offsite and virtual environments through excellence in recruitment process delivery, client management and candidate care. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in all client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, recruitment process effectiveness and recruitment metrics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide exceptional talent to hiring managers across multiple industries and disciplines
  • Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process
  • Create and execute against multi-faceted sourcing strategies
  • Follow agreed recruitment process for flawless recruitment delivery
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation process
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
  • Act as talent advisors to conduct strategic interactions with clients
  • Provide recruitment metrics, status reporting and competitive market analysis data as necessary
  • Identify and execute against continuous improvement opportunities, strategies and projects
  • Responsible for exceptional candidate and client relationship management consistent with Korn Ferry core values

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
  • 7+ years of client facing experience managing clients in onsite, offsite and virtual environments
  • 7+ years of experience understanding utilizing and recruitment metrics
  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing multi-faceted sourcing strategies
  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to change in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Skills:

  • RPO or executive search experience
  • Diversity, military or specialty recruitment experience
  • Project management experience
  • Leadership experience
