We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and proactively searching out passive talent in order to develop and maintain a pipeline of high confidence candidates for a broad range of global roles but with a particular focus on Sales. The role will act as a Recruitment business partner to our functional leaders in order to provide comprehensive and business-driven recruitment strategy. As part of Americas HR team and extended global recruitment function, this individual will be instrumental in providing qualified candidates to fill Imperva’s talent needs, through implementing targeted sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking and other recruitment tools. Additionally, as part of the HR Team, this person will also assist in various HR projects and programs such as Onboarding, New Hire Orientation, and hiring manager training.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Efficient and effective use of staffing knowledge to source for various global positions utilizing skills in social networking, searching candidate databases, Jobvite, blogs, cold calling , internet searches and professional networks
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to develop business-driven recruitment and workforce planning strategies
- Will act as a business partner to functional teams to drive recruitment process with internal clients
- Maintain and update Jobvite candidate and HRIS records, schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams; interface with candidates as an information resource
- Help gather position requirements, draft job descriptions and candidate profiles though close partnership with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Provide first level screening and pre-qualifications for selected roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
- Project management of select HR initiatives/projects
Ideal Qualifications:
- 5 + years in Full-Cycle Recruiting within high technology, particularly in Enterprise Software, Networking or Security Solutions
- Prior experience working in a corporate staffing function --- a must
- Advanced internet searching skills, cold calling, networking, leveraging referrals and ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously; effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment
- Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized; articulate both written and verbally
- Persuasive and tenacious, while maintaining a courteous and professional approach and attitude
- Team oriented with a high sense of urgency and motivation; problem solver and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure; acts with integrity

- Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft applications (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word) ; experience conducting Webinars/ WebEx presentations a plus
