Here's your chance to join a talent acquisition team that's changing health care recruiting. We take a strategic, analytic approach to recruiting. Our recruiters are supported by digital strategists and coordinators who provide marketing expertise and "out of the box" ideas. We automate many processes so that our recruiters can spend more time building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

As a Senior Recruiter you'll manage the development of a territory's recruitment strategy, mentor and train new hires and work on special projects. You'll use your experience to influence hiring leaders while you help us source, attract, interview and screen applicants. We're looking for a recruiter with at least five years experience in talent acquisition. Your role is to partner with the hiring managers on recruiting policies and procedures. You'll drive the recruiting process and set sourcing and attraction strategies that lead to both active and passive candidates. Our recruiters have opportunities to grow their careers, whether they stay in talent acquisition or move into other aspects of HR. You'll be supporting hiring managers throughout the U.S. but we want you to work where you're most comfortable.

Required skills and qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or other related fields, or equivalent experience
* Five or more years experience with high volume healthcare recruiting
* Moderate to advanced computer experience
* Current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines and laws, including ADA.
