Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets
Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivian’s culture and values and work intensively with Human Resources, Finance and business functions to improve every Rivian employee’s effectiveness at identifying the right talent
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc.)

Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches, preferably at a company that experienced rapid growth for a sustained period of at least 12 months
3+ years of guiding recruiting teams
At least 1 year of in-house recruiting
Experience managing pipelines and multiple levels of hire from early career professionals to senior engineering management
Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer

Rivian has facilities in Plymouth, Michigan; Normal, Illinois; Palo Alto, Irvine, and Carson, California; Vancouver, Canada; and the United Kingdom. In 2017, Rivian announced it was building an electric sport utility vehicle and pickup truck on a platform that executives claim can be modified for future vehicles or adapted by other companies.
