Senior Quality Operations Manager (Rancho Cordova onsite)

The Senior Quality Operations Manager within our Rancho Cordova site is responsible for overseeing warehouse and distribution center activities primarily within our Image Guided Therapy business.

Your role:

• This role will manage and oversee all activities related to quality operations, warehousing, and distribution for Image guided therapy products. Activities include nonconformance's, CAPA’s, product holds, internal and external audits, succession and development planning for the team, etc.
• This role will manage a small team of 5-10 Quality Engineers and Inspectors.
• This role is part of a site that is getting revamped and has increasing business which will provide plenty of growth opportunities in the future.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in FDA regulated environments preferred. 5+ years of people leadership experience, as well as experience with CAPA’s, nonconformance's, and audits (internal and external)
• Your skills include FDA regulatory experience, strong problem solving skills, and a subject matter expert caliber quality background.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher required, in an Engineering or Science field preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and an expert level quality background.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $108,472 to $200,256, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
