Job Description
As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at CVS Health in our Caremark PBM ( Pharmacy Benefits Manager) business unit, you will be testing various applications under MMCS Group. The application you will test as a Senior Quality Assurance will include primarily Salesforce application and integrated applications. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is essential to ensuring that testing projects in this area are properly executed and documented. As part of our MMCS Group, your role as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is vital to ensuring that testing requirements have been met before changes are put into production. This has a great impact on end users of these applications and the quality of service we are able to provide to our customers. Additional responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will include but not limited to : 
-Performing functional and regression testing. 
-Providing test results and reporting for product owners 
-Identifying and reporting risks and problems. 
-Developing and maintaining automated test scripts in addition to manual testing
-Experience in determining automation estimates and ROI across various framework implementations. 
- Create and maintain functionality of automation scripts using Selenium , UFT or other automation tools with objective to increase productivity by providing technical solutions, suggesting custom frameworks, utilities and process improvement initiatives. 
-Creating test plans and test cases 
-Verifying recommended solutions 
-Prioritizing tasks for other QA resources and driving the deliverables 
-Providing technical testing consulting to both the business and vendors if needed 
-Ensuring lessons learned are conducted 
-Recommending quality and efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications
-3+ years of software/application QA testing experience required including the following:
-3+ years using Quality Center and/or ALM for requirements or similar tool ,test preparation, test execution and defect management.

Preferred Qualifications
-1+years of QA lead experience 
-Experience working with Salesforce application 
-1+ years of experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry
-Experience working with Apptus application 
-Expertise in automation tools like UFT and Selenium 
-Experience in leading integration testing/end to end testing, QA efforts across multiple applications 
-Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions 
-Outstanding leadership and communication skills (written, Oral presentations) 
-Proactive Work ethic with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines 
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with other QA team members and different QA teams

Education
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent. Will accept one year of work experience for each year of college not completed in addition to required years of experience.
