As a Senior QA Engineer at Ezra, you will be our first designated tester for our products. In addition to testing our platform product that helps facilitate our customer experience, you will assist in the creation of testing processes for our engineering team. You will work closely with our CTO, Engineering Leads, and DevOps Engineer to support our non-medical devices. You will report directly into the Head of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and ensure quality is integrated into the software delivery process for the product you are managing. As our Senior QA Engineer, you will:
Manage the testing process for our non-medical device products to start
Create test cases and script automated tests
Perform integration & systems testing & hold the engineering team accountable to executing on a unit testing process
Lead software issue identification, investigations, documentation, & contribute to the risk management process
Own the creation & maintenance of testing schedules and keep the team on target
Contribute to the overall testing process & methodology at Ezra
Minimum 4+ years of software QA experience in a highly regulated environment
Experience ensuring conformance to quality standards such as ISO IEC 62304
Experience with agile software project tracking tools such as JIRA
Knows testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Mocha, Selenium, or Puppeteer
Understanding of testing automation design patterns, QA principles, & methodologies
Experience in defining test cases based on requirements and technical specs
