As a Senior Proposal Manager you will lead multiple, strategic sized, complex government proposal projects, direct work and provide oversight to cross-functional teams, across multiple projects simultaneously as well as lead strategy sessions with internal teams, executive stakeholders and sales owner to define strategic imperatives and key areas of focus for each proposal. You will develop broad and deep relationships with internal stakeholders, including legal, government, finance and contracting organizations. You can use your creativity skills to create strategic, customized content for each proposal that apply knowledge of past proposals, and analysis of competitive intelligence, market and client data. In scope for this role will be to manage the proposal through all dialogue sessions, directly with the client, as needed and document, compile and update proposal data and generate supporting material while modeling established best practices. You will also leverage knowledge of business development lifecycle and proposal management processes and Cerner sales strategies to identify process improvement opportunities.
