Bring your technical expertise and leadership ability to manage projects, including the implementation of Esri’s Digital Sales Strategy. You will coordinate cross-team, multi-department efforts; track project progress and maintain the timeline; manage risk; and communicate to the team and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate efforts to advance Esri’s Digital Sales Strategy, which involves both a better experience for existing customers and a complementary process for net new customers
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Align priorities and timing of project-related work with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Esri distributors to ensure global scalability
  • Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions
  • Ensure teams are delivering, adhering to processes, and fully utilizing our suite of tools
  • Monitor project progress and assess and manage risk
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and executives

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years of experience including project management and business analysis
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in an agile application development environment
  • Previous experience leading a technical team
  • Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work and communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s in any field (master's in business administration preferred)

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Adobe Experience Manager, and eCommerce
  • Experience with the buyer’s journey, from product discovery to beyond the purchase
  • Change management experience
  • Conflict resolution experience
