Our Project Management teams work closely with and on behalf of our clients to ensure the on-time, on-budget, high quality completion of a design and construction project. We actively lead a project and support the owner from preliminary planning and design through construction and project close-out with a focus on three core priorities: schedule, cost and quality. We are experts in the oversite and management of construction, and we’ll bring a deep bench of talent and expertise to make the owner’s vision a reality.
The Sr. Project Manager role with consist of two main duties: project management of jobs and management of the PM staff.
The Sr. Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget and schedule while thoroughly understanding all project risks and applicable financial measures. This key role is responsible for managing the overall project delivery including any technical, financial or logistical issues that may arise. Our Sr. Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving, adapting, and staying calm under pressure. This position could also involve programming new work and managing the design to ensure the program is translated successfully onto the project drawings.
The Sr. Project Manager clearly and successfully communicates updates to the client, management and project team, as well as prepares for and attends monthly project review meetings with operations. The Sr. Project Manager plays an important role in managing Project Managers & Assistant Project Managers, setting visions and strategies, and understands the professional goals of others. This position will act as a mentor to more junior staff and monitor PM functions on the work. This management should include review of project execution strategy, cost and buyout reviews, and schedule reviews. The position will also assist in communication to clients and solving project problems as they arise.
