  • Create, manage & drive all schedules
  • Allocate and manage resources by project & account
  • Own and maintain a current project status and hotlists for every account
  • Schedule and lead weekly internal status meetings with full teams
  • Contribute creative estimates when needed
  • Schedule and manage creative and full team internal reviews
  • Alert account team and manage solutions when conflicts in scheduling or deliverables arise
  • Run backend project responsibilities including regular reminders and follow up with all team members
  • Manage change orders with studio
  • Route and manage client revisions with the creative team
  • Handle freelance logistics
  • Work directly with producers throughout front-end creative development to ensure their cohesive view of every project
  • Assist in managing training and onboarding for new project manager partners
  • Help adapt and enforce process agency wide, and be a key leader within the project management team


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies
  • A professional presentation and strong personal presence are required
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills as well an articulate, friendly, "whatever it takes" attitude, along with a strong work ethic
  • Cross-media experience preferred
  • Must possess high energy and a solid confidence level
  • Ability to establish and build productive relationships with diverse personalities
