This position is responsible for independently facilitating complex transformation activities, which includes leading large cross-functional teams, incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects and delivering results in specific time frames. The position requires a dynamic professional who is results oriented and possesses a proven ability to develop and deliver effective solutions to achieve transformational results. The Sr. Project Manager/Black Belt will provide project leadership and project management for strategic projects and support the usage and standardization of project management processes, tools and best practices. The Sr. Project Manager/Black Belt is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in a coordinated way to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and to ensure the realization of prioritized and quantitative benefits. The Sr. Project Manager/Black Belt will identify key stakeholder project objectives and requirements and provide tactical leadership on projects. The Sr. Project Manager/Black Belt effectively and efficiently deploy effective process improvement and change management strategies. He/she will provide in-depth analysis of projects culminating with lessons learned for incorporation into future project plans.
Additionally, the selected individual will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and oversight of a portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and key stakeholders and possess strong project management capabilities.
