This position reports to the Vice President of Johns Hopkins Home Care Group (JHHCG) Strategic Alignment, Business Development, and Marketing. The position will support all business lines of JHHCG with projects that have a significant capital outlay and/or contribute significantly to the strategic directions of JHHCG. The Senior Project Administrator will be responsible for all phases of a project life cycle; including identification, solution development, planning, and implementation and/or optimization. In addition, the Senior Project Administrator will be responsible for relationship management outside JHHCG, communication across JHHCG, removal of barriers, and escalation to sponsors, as appropriate. The resource keeps strategic initiatives, business opportunities, and business development initiatives on time and on budget. The Senior Project Administrator also builds and maintains relationships across key administrative and clinical roles within JHM.

Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification preferred
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business, program development and/or project develpment/management.
