Some of the things you’ll be working on:

  • Operationalize programs to keep our product teams organizationally strong, productive and aligned
  • Develop team processes & documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding, training & career development programs
  • Coordinate agenda & logistics for regular team meetings
  • Plan team offsites & team development events
  • Act as an adviser to the organizational leader and their senior management team
  • Work with appropriate leaders and partners to ensure team’s action and alignment on New Relic initiatives (OKRs, Pulse Survey, Product Handbook, Team Health)
  • Direct the flow of information across the product team org to ensure that all team members have the information they need to be successful. These communications include weekly executive briefings, All Hands events, staffing/project change rollouts, and quarterly strategy rollouts
  • Coordinate organizational planning including headcount planning, org changes, staffing, etc.
  • Raise visibility, surface issues, and track change to ensure that leadership is aware and aligned
  • Drive drafting & publication of quarterly and yearly strategy updates
  • Coordination of participation in external and internal trade shows/conventions
  • Manage projects as assigned by the Director, Product Operations
  • Collaborate with Product Operations across Product Leadership to ensure alignment across teams and cohesive action across the Product Org

The right candidate has many of the following:

  • 7+ years Program Management or Product Operations experience in a related area
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals/groups and create a welcoming and productive environment
  • Proven track record of success of cross-functional project management
  • Ability to take on and execute tasks large and small
  • Top-notch organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with product delivery lifecycle
  • BS/BA degree
