OSIE is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join their dynamic team in Hawthorne!

Job Description

  • Generate formal project quotations
  • Establish project plans for each project and review with management
  • Responsible to guide multiple projects from beginning to completion
  • Track progress of order and communicate Company progress including planned ship schedule to customer
  • Incorporate contractual changes as required
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers
  • Develop sales forecast
  • Facilitate warranty servicing of non-conforming product
  • Assist material and finance department in limiting Company’s liability for excess material
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant program management experience, including contract manufacturing, RF, Space, Flight and/or Tactical programs
  • Hands on ERP/MRP experience
  • Must be able to interpret CAD generated documentation
  • Must have technical product knowledge
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including: Word, Excel, Power Point, & Project
  • Show evidence of production, program and project managementexperience
  • Proven ability to manage routine tasks to given schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize job requirements to utilize time effectively
  • Requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and abstract reasoning skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language
  • National and International Travelrequired - up to 20%.  Must have appropriate travel documents
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, as required by our contract with the US Government
  • Active U.S. Secret Clearance is a plus
