We are looking for a senior technical Program Manager who will help define the features, architect solutions, collaborate across different teams, build POCs and drive the execution plan for critical features within our existing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system. The right candidate will possess a strong CRM and analytical reporting background and have demonstrated experience in architecture, development, implementation or support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems as well as experience in building reports using SSRS or PowerBI. This person will have a well-rounded technical background on data engineering and preferred knowledge/experience on Dynamics 365 and PowerApps, PowerBI, Azure Data Factory (or other comparable integration tools integrating on premise data with cloud applications) The role also requires working with vendor teams, available onsite and offshore to deliver required features.
6+ years of product development or product management experience
4+ years of experience in design, development, implementation or support of Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365
4+ years of experience with Agile development practices
3+ Years of design or implementation experience with PowerBI or other Data Visualization tools
Demonstrated success building strong relationships and delivering results in cross-group projects.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Knowledge and understanding of design and development of modern web applications and mobile technologies
Great organization, time management, focus, and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Is customer obsessed and passionate about creating great end user experiences.
Working experience with vendors and offshore team management.
Building reports and Pivot tables with Excel
Experience building data visualizations from Azure applications using PowerBI
