Role Description:
We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Project/Program Manager who shares our vision of creating potential new value streams for us  and our customers. The individual will lead project teams through change management/business transformation, business case /capital approval process, development and execution of project plans and project closeout. Will manage projects consisting of cross-functional teams involving multiple engineering disciplines and multiple construction areas including contract resources.  Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple projects and programs. Also, may manage non-construction projects with direct accountability for project execution while leading a team to accomplishing objections within a given time frame and with limited resources
Requirements:
•             Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent electric utility experience
•             Experience in delivering Smart City and Utility of the Future related technologies and business models
•             Project Management Professional PMP Certification
•             Experience or knowledge of the specific functional area or discipline (e.g. Utility design, planning or construction)
•             5+ years of Project and Program Management experience and demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule
•             5+ years of consulting experience
•             Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget
•             Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
•             Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates
•             Ability to lead and facilitate meetings
•             Ability to work effectively in an innovative fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
•             Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Responsibilities:
•             Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
•             Develop business models and cases for pilots, proof of concepts (POC), deployment of innovative electric distribution technologies
•             Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations
•             Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project
•             Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills
•             Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed
•             Facilitate review sessions with team members
•             Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
•             Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary
•             Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
•             Have difficult conversations regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings
