Job Summary:

The Senior Program Designer plays a critical role within the PMO group, serving as a strategic advisor and Nuance Solutions expert to the company’s new customers. Reporting to the Program Design Manager, you will partner with the client from contract signature to program launch working to design the solution architecture and strategy behind the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the client and sales team to assist in providing structure for the launch process and objectives for each project
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with client teams, including C-levels and VP-levels
  • Build strategic vision for each programs design and provide leadership to cross-functional launch teams, internal & external stakeholders including project managers, graphic designers, deployment engineers, QA professionals, operations, and client teams to deliver the solution architecture/design
  • Perform in depth user experience analysis of the client site and provide actionable next steps to solving identified issues
  • Conduct web analytics analysis of the clients site metrics and operational insights to understand user behavior and operational areas of opportunity
  • Present analytics findings, user experience insights, and solution design business strategy to the client
  • Using analytical insights to help other departments troubleshoot technical problems post-launch
  • Prove out and challenge existing best practices and assist in documenting proven findings, approaches, and strategies
  • Identify needs and opportunities for additional Nuance services and optimization opportunities
  • Identify and execute on areas of opportunity within the company to continually work to improve processes and documentation
  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for secure

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience: 5+ years of managing the successful delivery of projects or maintaining projects (solution architecture, eCommerce, software implementations, program design, business analyst

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience within eCommerce realm preferably in a analytics or PM role
  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, positive, and have a strong drive for continual efficiency improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, building partnerships and managing and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders of different levels
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports
  • Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Preferred Skills:A 4-year college degree is required, preferably a degree in business, finance, statistics, analytics or marketing or six years of relevant experience may be substituted for the 4-year college degree.

Education:Experience with technology consulting, eCommerce, project management, and/or Web Analytics is highly preferred.
