Job Description

Position serves as a Senior Program Analyst supporting the Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) program in the Lower Tier Project Office. Responsible to create multiple deliverables (briefings, technical reports) for Milestone A/B/C and related acquisition requirements per DoD Instruction 5000.02.

Demonstrated ability to provide on-site materiel acquisition support on a highly dynamic ACAT Level 1D initiatives is required. Demonstrated technical analysis and otherexperience relating to DoD and industry programs is required. Defense acquisition experience must include knowledge and inter-relationships between program management, engineering, acquisition, contracting, test & evaluation, configuration management, fielding, logistics, and sustainment Demonstrated ability to provide direct input in solving complex technical and programmatic issues involving diverse staffs and resources is required. The position requires critical thinking to address acquisition mandates and warfighter requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge, skills and abilities using Microsoft Office is required. Must possess an active Secret security clearance. Advanced acquisition training and/or certifications required.

B.S Degree in Business or Engineering (must possess a technical degree at either the undergraduate or graduate level) with 12+ years of experience.
