Roles and responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on the Zendesk product and understand the technical ins and outs of how it works
- Own and manage a range of product demo environments and ensure that they are configured with the latest and greatest Zendesk capabilities
- Craft compelling product demos for our sales teams, events, and analyst briefings
- Act as the primary link between product marketing and our technical GTM teams
- Develop compelling technical training materials and content for our pre-sales engineering teams that educate them on our product solutions
- Build a program that brings our pre-sales team closer to our product development teams so that they can better collaborate around our product and roadmap
- Develop content that gets Zendesk admins excited to use Zendesk and educates them on innovative product solutions
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales Engineering
- Comfortable configuring SaaS solutions with experience in front-end/back-end web development and APIs
- Experience building technical enablement and training programs & materials
- Strong storytelling and product demonstration abilities
- An ability to adapt content to the right audience and ensure key messages get across
- Decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing.
