About the Role
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to bring Ondotproducts and features to market. In this role, you’ll partnercloselywith teams across the organization, specifically product, sales, and marketing to set positioning and messaging, build product launch strategies, lead and analyze product releases, develop sales enablement content, and drive feature engagement through ongoing marketing programs.If you’re creative, collaborative, process oriented and simply excited about the opportunity to take new productsto market and grow user adoption & usage, we’d be delighted to have you join our team.
•7+ years product marketing experience
•Experience with successful B2B2Cproducts and brands
•Experience building or directly contributing to the development of product marketing programs
•Able to prioritize and juggle many projects
•Experience and interest in analyzing the competitive market space
•Exceptionalcommunication skills, both verbal and written
•Building product messaging and positioning for new products and features
•Own content development and marketing function
•Developing go-to-market strategies and programs to drive awareness around new products and educate customers about the value of Ondot
•Working cross functionally with sales, events, and creative teams to drive new initiatives that support product launches
•Working with product and research to surface user insights and help inform product development
•Managing the strategy and content creation for ongoing enablement
•Produce integrated regional marketing plans to increase awareness, grow lead flow, and support enterprise-wide adoption across named and whitespace accounts.
•Create and leverage in-person events, webinars, and email campaigns, among other tactics, to help our sales teams achieve aggressive revenue goals.
•Collaborate closely with the strategic and enterprise sales teams tounderstand key business issues facing stakeholders in target accounts and develop customized programs to address them.
•Extend marketing programs and customize as needed to deepen the level of engagement in target accounts and generate new upsell/cross-sell business.
