Sr Product Manager Personalization at San Francisco,CA

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product vision and strategy for 's Personalization and Digital Marketing initiatives in partnership with business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define detailed requirements in the product area, build high quality products, lead user acceptance testing and launch products. Measure post-delivery performance and continually optimize customer experience based on the performance.
  • Identify opportunities, analyze business benefit, evaluate ROI and prioritize and negotiate initiatives to develop roadmap that delivers on the vision and strategy. Socialize roadmap and product lifecycle regularly with senior leadership.
  • Deeply understand 's personalization and marketing technology stack. Identify opportunities to integrate, enhance and activate technologies to power cross-channel, real time personalization.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses in partnership with Data science and Analytics team to identify key customer segments and corresponding growth actions. Build data/insight backed hypothesis that can be A/B tested.
  • Work closely with A/B Testing Team to prioritize and launch personalization A/B tests. Own analysis for the tests, ensure winning experiences are deployed to 100% audience, and share learnings from all tests with the cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of eCommerce Product Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred
  • A strong technical background with experience in building cross-channel personalization features. Experience in Machine learning is a plus.
  • Prior experience in ideating, building and analyzing A/B Tests and MVT.
  • Experience in Marketing Techologies such as SEO, SEM, Email, Performance Media is nice to have
  • Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrixed organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, a bias for action and a proven ability to influence others in and across teams
  • Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive ROI analysis
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications, manage trade-offs and opportunistically evaluate new opportunities with internal and external partners
  • Experience with partnering with Consumer Insights to drive usability and concept testing
