Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and growth, by understanding and addressing the needs of product users. Identify and prioritize product challenges, continuously iterating and refining solutions based on feedback from internal and external customers. Provide strategic leadership in managing the technical product roadmap, leveraging a strong technical and business-oriented background to align internal technical teams with broader business objectives. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to define project scope, gather technical and functional requirements, and create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide design and development efforts. Analyze complex technologies and use cases to generate actionable insights, shaping the product development strategy and influencing the roadmap. Drive and contribute to the design, development, and presentation of proof-of-concept experiments, focusing on evaluating and improving end-to-end user experiences. Oversee the development of methodologies, tools, and systems for data collection and analysis, ensuring metrics and reports are effectively used to promote innovation, continuous improvement, and product optimization. Deliver clear, detailed project status updates to diverse stakeholder groups, maintaining alignment on timelines, risks, challenges, requirements, and budgets. Align cross-functional teams-including developers, designers, researchers, marketers, data scientists, and operations-to achieve shared goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems (any), Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems (any), Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; Performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176320 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
