WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Primary responsibility of this role is to manage the following:
·Create short and long term roadmap for Relias SAS platform
·Develop business cases and refine prioritization for short term (quarterly) feature planning
·Lead the discovery process to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points
·Facilitate the commercialization and launch activities for Relias products, features, and acquisition migrations
·Define and improve product management best practices for Relias platform
·Lead strategic initiatives with executive stakeholder visibility
·Conduct market and competitive analysis to support product development efforts
·Communicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business cases
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
·Understanding product launch best practices
· Creating and maintaining an internal and public facing product roadmap
·Creating business cases and supporting information to support data driven prioritization
·Conducting ongoing competitive and market research: W/L Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls and Visits and Cancellation
·Identifying functional gaps and determining how to build, buy or partner to fill those gaps
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
·7+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing role required
·Experience with Pragmatic Marketing preferred
·Demonstrated deep understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
·Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams
·Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
·Not afraid of the details – need to be highly focused mitigating product development risk by ensuring that no rocks go unturned
·Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence.
·Bachelors' Degree or comparable work experience
·Degree in computer science, technical discipline, or healthcare specialty preferred
