Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned and highly proficient Senior Product Manager with expertise in building SaaS Data and Analytics products to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of modernizing our Operational Reporting solution. In this role you will also work on defining and driving data platform adoption roadmap for other applications and modules.

This may involve defining new analytics models enabling advanced analytics and re-imagining reports to leverage our Data Lake platform (GCP), and visualization and analytics engine to enable a great user experience. This is an exciting role in which you will get to work with a great team and influence strategic roadmap for data and analytics at Five9.

Location: This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Roadmap Development: Develop, publish, and maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap for data and analytics products. Identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with industry trends related to data and analytics products. Identify opportunities for differentiation and areas of improvement for our offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with broader product team, engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Product Development: Partner closely with Engineering to lead the end-to-end product development process by participating in sprint ceremonies (standups, grooming, retros, etc.). Understand customer needs and market trends and translate them into Features, Epics, User stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Launch and Monitoring: Plan and execute successful product launches, including communication plans and training materials. Track product usage, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centric: Establish relationships with customers (new and existing) to test new products and manage feedback effectively to favorably impact product outcomes. Provide product subject matter expertise in support of lead customer engagements, customer presentations, customer user group, and industry conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or data analytics; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on developing customer-facing SaaS data and analytics products. Contact Center, and AI experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools. Experience with GCP Data Analytics products like Big Query and Looker are desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$111,800-$216,100 USD
