The successful candidate will work with internal client groups, third party partners and the technology organization to develop best-in-class B2C parcels supply chain for Amazon, its customers and other key partners in the supply chain. The successful candidate will define solutions and services that are adopted and utilized by segments (geography, size, sophistication, etc.) of our supply base. Amazon is a data-driven company. The candidate will have a knack for data and will be able to gather large amounts of information to determine current state as well as determine impact to the business of technological change.

Responsibilities will include:
· Lead development of supply chain solutions for B2C parcels including working with freight forwarders, custom brokers and last mile companies.
· Work with internal/external stakeholders with diverse requirements (including real and perceived partner and/or supplier needs), and distilling those into a compelling product and service set.
· Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, desired outcomes, and onboarding progress to cross-functional project teams
· Be creative at borrowing and sharing resources and best practices to accomplish your objectives – leveraging industry and internal best practices allowing Amazon to quickly become best in class while also defining ways for Amazon to disrupt and innovate the market.
· Work with various internal stakeholders who will manage and operate products to document their requirements and work with the technology organization for implementation – including Sourcing, Customer Service, Transportation Operations, Finance, Accounting, as well as others.
· Interface with procurement and carrier management teams to provide them feedback on carrier performance.
· Work with other product managers developing aligned solutions to minimize overlap and ensure seamless integration.
Collect and manage key data to demonstrate business value/Return onInvestment (ROI) directly attributable to proposed supply chian improvement


· Bachelor’s degreerequired
· 5+ years Global Transportation/Logistics, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry experience.
· 5+ years business analysis/project management experience
· Working knowledge and familiarity with global standards for cross border supply chain for B2C parcels,
· Experience with cross-subject area/matrix teams in an ambiguous environment with pressing near-term goals
· Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
· Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
· Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and a quick learner.
· 3+ years’ experience performing cost/benefit analysis, analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs, and making decisions in a highly-ambiguous and ever-changing environment


· MBA/MS supply chain-related discipline preferred
· Great analytical skills and strong business judgment
· Excellent communication skills
· Technology savvy
· Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and a quick learner.
· Experience delivering end-to-end B2C supply chain operations and technology solutions while working through obstacles that present themselves along the way
