We are looking for a strategic problem-solver to drive impactful product improvements that our customers love and that drive Shippo’s business forward. In this role, you will work closely with all teams across the business, setting product strategy and roadmap, while taking a collaborative approach with your design and engineering partners to execute. You will need to have the ability to think broadly about the big picture while maintaining a strong focus on execution and impact. You’re comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment that is fast-paced, where no two days are the same.
This is not a feature role; we’re looking for a strong product manager that can drive a product strategy that continues to strengthen Shippo’s commerce integrations. You must love talking to customers and partners; finding every opportunity you can get to get in front of them. You’re data-driven in your approach to understand the impacts of your initiatives and identify opportunities to explore. Lastly, you’re a strong critical thinker, able to decompose complex problems into tangible pieces, understanding the levers that are most important to your solution.
While not necessary, we’re looking for a strong product manager that has lead integrations with commerce platforms like, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Square. For us, it’s not just about integrating APIs between platforms but solving customers’ needs by bringing experiences together.
