The Senior Advertising Product Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap that will launch and grow our Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity advertising platform. They'll build advertising products that appeal to airlines, deliver value to advertisers, and earn revenue for the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the Domain Expert in digital advertising from an experience and ad operations standpoint
Ensure SPI has an industry-leading strategy and roadmap as it relates to ad tech and mass personalization
Define advertising capability and placement within the inflight entertainment user experience
Define the advertising operations needed within SPI to ensure sustainability of the ad platform
Bring to market tools that enable our advertisers (retailers and brands) to plan, buy, and report on their campaigns
Manage 3rd party development relationships, deliverables, schedules
Drive platform development with a team of world-class engineers, product designers, and cross-functional partners
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into platform requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand the IFEC, Consumer Technology, and Entertainment Technology market
Understand our strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry and capture the voice of the customer
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field
5+ years of experience working in eCommerce, Marketing, Advertising, or Product Management
Experience in advertising, e-commerce, multi-sided-marketplaces, or digital media products
You might have experience as a marketer running advertising campaigns or having worked in an agency environment
Familiarity with the dynamics of large variable marketing spends
Knowledge of Product management tools such as A-Ha, JAMA, and JIRA a huge plus
