About the team

The 3D Home team is looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to help us advance Zillow's mission by developing unrivaled and highly engaging multimedia and data features. Our team works across product, research, engineering, and business to build the future of home shopping.

We are looking for a Product Manager who enjoys working across the stack, including app development, cloud infrastructure, and playback experience. You will have direct ownership over a key piece of our strategy, and you will have an exceptional development team at your back to help you achieve your goals.

About the role

  • Working with designers and developers to build the 3D Home product
  • Sourcing and evaluating new data sets in the context of our business strategy
  • Championing our new products and features with other product teams
  • Continually monitor and analyze the performance of our features through well-designed metrics
  • Communicating the team’s success to executives
  • Working with developers to ship products in an agile, dynamic environment

Successful candidates will be:

  • Highly Analytical. You use data to make decisions and are comfortable gathering it yourself or working with others to capture it.
  • Product Owner. You know how to take ideas, define products, and ship features.
  • Detail Oriented. Our consumers expect and deserve to receive 100% correct information on Zillow, so you should have the eye for detail that helps ensure that.
  • Results Oriented. You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped.

Who you are:

  • At least 3 years in a program management role
  • Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, and coordinating feature team efforts
  • Experience owning consumer UX features on web or mobile platforms.
  • A teamwork and have-fun ethic!
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities to persuade action and explaining deep technical issues
  • A technical B.S. degree. A plus
