Duties: Ensures the execution of the bi-annual customer meeting by reviewing results, receiving feedback and identifying value-add activities; supporting customer relations manager (CRM) in the creation of strategies aimed to increase customer satisfaction and enhance communication and cooperation with countries; and supporting CRM in the annual update of the statement of work (SOW). Creates the Productivity Standardization Strategy by collaborating with Operations to lead the idea generation annual exercise; supp orting the creation of the Service Line Project Portfolio to ensure a robust project portfolio that contains productivity, standardization, transformation and discretionary projects aimed to achieve the operational objectives; reviewing project portfolio execution with Innovations and Operations to identify potential situations that may impact project completion and adjust project scope or execution strategy; overseeing a robust testing of new solutions, tools, or processes; and coordinating business approval for solutions prior to implementation and project closure. Supports the Innovations team on the strategy for migrating new processes to the center by creating and validating the pairing plan prior to in-country process documentation; ensuring availability of subject matter experts (SMEs) to be assigned as technical writers for new process documentation; leading the manager review on process documentation quality assurance prior to a decision; acting as the receiving manager for new process during Start Up, Hypercare and Stabilization; ensuring the resolution of issues that may occur during Hypercare; and leading the final transference of the new process to Operations once Hypercare has concluded. Supports Operations in the identification of training needs by collaborating with Training and Development teams in the creation of content for training programs; and supporting the compilation of department business data and materials for presentations or business reviews.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field plus 6 years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field; OR 8 years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
Skills Required: Must have experience with: Data extraction from SAP with standard transaction codes; Querying general ledger information with SmartView, Hyperion and MS Excel; Analysis preparation of B/S account variances; SOX Control Language Interpretation as applied to transaction processes; Interpreting financial statements to identify variances and root causes; and Conveying components of transactional accounting processes to identify and document control gaps. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
