Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Senior Principal Industrial Security professional for our facility in Annapolis Junction, MD. This position is a program security analyst who will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of security tasks for a large prime contract, as well as develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. This position will serve as the Senior Program Security Analyst for the Annapolis Junction Area.
Provide security subject matter expertise to program staff based on knowledge of Government policies and company procedures in the following security disciplines: Physical, Personnel, OPSEC, COMSEC, Crisis Management, Contract/ Subcontract Security, International Security
Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives
Develop and implement procedures to satisfy company and Government contract performance, statements of work, task orders, proposals and other requirements.
Maintain company and Government databases as required in support of program security responsibilities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers, to include other functional areas, e.g. Human Resources, Legal, IT, and Facilities as well as Government security officer representatives.
Provide classification management and classified document control and accountability.
Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Conducts security education classes and security audits.
Provide support to the team in other areas to include incoming and outgoing security clearance and visit authorizations, classified meeting requirements, document control, SCIF operation and company and client badging requirements.
