The Senior Principal Electrical Electronic Engineer will;
Perform both visual and instrumental tempest inspections
Develop tempest test plans and procedures to facilitate certification
Perform and Oversee Visual and Instrumental Tempest testing
Document TEMPEST survey and inspection activities, utilizing visual and specialized instrumental methods .
Complete discrepancy reports with recommended mitigation strategies
Develop specialized test equipment to facilitate TEMPEST testing.
Provide TEMPEST documentation support in laboratory and field environments.
Assist in identifying and acquiring TEMPEST information needed in the development of test plans.
Assist with development of contingency plans and risk management options.
Update and maintain documentation as required.
Strong communications skills both oral and written.
Perform other duties as assigned
Master's degree plus 12 or more years of relevant work experience. Doctorate degreepreferred. Degree(s) must be in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years specific ITS experence. Must be CTP-II certified.
Must have a SECRET clearance.
Project/program engineering experience.
In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 20 years of applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.
