Job Title: Senior PowerBuilder Developer
Location(s): Richmond, VA
(Hybrid: On-site 3-4 days/week required)
Project Overview:Seeking a senior-level PowerBuilder Developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for a legacy Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS), along with development and implementation of interfaces between a modern tax platform and the legacy system during a multi-phase modernization initiative. The role requires collaboration within an Agile team environment.
Highly Preferred Skills:- Technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining tax processing and revenue management systems
- Product knowledge of IRMS or related revenue management systems
Required Skills:- 7+ years of experience developing PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle 19c+, MySQL, or similar
- Experience developing interfaces with FileNet applications
- Experience developing REST API integrations
- Ability to design and develop clear, maintainable code
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze, assess, and clarify requirements with cross-functional teams
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in Agile environments
- Participation in design, architecture, and requirements discussions related to PowerBuilder applications

Required 7 Years Legagcy IRMS experience Highly desired 7 Years Must be either US Citizen or Green Card Holder Required
