  • LinQuest is seeking a Senior PNT and NAVWAR Advisor to join our team at our office in Colorado Springs, CO.
  • Responsibilities:
  • This is the PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR Subject Matter Expert with the ability to provide national and international advisory support to meet USSTRATCOM, Joint Staff, Office of Secretary of Defense Chief Information Officer (OSD CIO) PNT Oversight Council and Executive Management Board, and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (USD A&T), US Space command, and Electronic Warfare Integrated Product Team requests
  • This SME will routinely interface with senior leaders of joint services, military and political leaders of coalition forces, senior national representatives and interagency representatives to provide PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR support for both DoD and non-DoD policy and planning activities
  • Provides support to U.S. Government Critical Infrastructure/Key Resources preparedness for GPS and EMI interference. This advisor may serves as a senior planner capable of reviewing plans, exercise objectives, and various products to verify feasibility and acceptability
  • Facilitates PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR-related DoD support to civil authorities. Supports all NAVWAR working groups, PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR Assessments and initiatives. Provides inputs to PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR-related requirements documents (e.g. Capability Development Documents (CDDs))
  • CPNT, and NAVWAR Integrated Priority List documents Monitors PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR capability system development in the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Defense Acquisition System (DAS) processes and communicate NAVWAR capabilities
  • Effectively communicates PNT, CPNT, and NAVWAR issues to Services and the Joint requirements communities. The advisor may operate from remote locations and must have the ability to operate freely within the Director's guidance and intent and report directly to the PM
  • Requirements
  • Required Skills:
  • Prior military policy, doctrine, or planning background and real world operations experience
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Required Experience:
  • BA or BS degree
  • Active TS clearance, ability to get and maintain SCI
  • 12 to 20 Years of Experience in the field or in a related area
  • Preferred Experience:
  • MS degree and/or Ph.D
  • Recent experience at the OSD, Joint Staff, or COCOM level doctrine
  • Experience providing consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist
