We are looking for a Global Agency Partner Lead to join ourMarketing Solutions team. In this role, you will beresponsible for strategicpartnershipand CXO engagement for key companies and all of the media, PR, social and communications agencies within them.


  • Lead, advise and execute on LinkedIn’s agency’s go-to-market strategy (media, creative, social and PR) with the objective of driving partner and agency alignment to maximize revenue
  • Evangelize new products and technologies to agency stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with CXO-level agency stakeholders to investigate and build new and mutually beneficial ways of partnering to accelerate client’s adoption of LinkedIn’s platform and products
  • Assess and understand the agency landscape, develop strong senior level agency relationships, create relationship maps and subsequent engagement planning
  • Identify and manage the complex matrix of regional global senior strategic planners for the major client groups and manage influence at the “upstream” planning phase
  • Drive education and platform adoption through training and holding quarterly business reviews
  • Whererequired, own the overview of the state of our relationships country to country and manage specific actions and needs to enhance overall business


  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+years ofexperiencewithin advertising, media or business development


  • MBA degree
  • Deep knowledge of online business models, global trading structures, social and online media, and digital/consumer tech
  • Working knowledge of the B2B marketing ecosystem and its component parts of targeting, multi-channel nurturing, lead capture and measurement
  • Understanding of the agency ecosystem and its evolving business models, challenges and priorities
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to develop high quality relationships
  • Possess high levels of empathy and business acumen to truly understand a customer’s challenges and articulate solutions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, presentation and networking skills
  • Ability to reach and exceed sales revenue goals
  • Ability to execute against an aggressive growth strategy and deliver client results
  • Ability to share the LinkedIn story in a concise, compelling and engaging way to anyone
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
