•Lead project planning and implementation process requirements and technical solutions
•Interacts with vendors for support, pricing and technical advisement
•Mentors junior team members and additionally identify and lead R&D effort
•Identifies operational inefficiencies and provide resolution to issues
•Lead development and review of all operational documentation
•Create and execute changes per change control
•Complete PO/ HW/SW per project/business requirements
•Responsible for leading production readiness process per specific project
•Leads business continuity tests and document development
•Leads operational assessments, development and creation of operating initiatives
•Responsible for communicating operational status/updates
•Assist in providing operational reporting and execute and evaluate general and advanced requests. Working knowledge of routing protocols, switching and wireless technologies.
•Lead level 3 problem resolution process and manage outstanding issues
•Proven self-starting troubleshooting skills
•Maintain Network standards and operation through monitoring and analysis tools like Solarwinds
•Ability to work with IOS firmware and security issues
•Contribute to office moves, adds and changes
•Develop and execute KTLO documentation/procedures
•Participate in an On-Call rotation
•Ability to provide technical expertise in the evaluation, planning, analysis, development and implementation of network infrastructure including providing roadmaps, processes and procedures for both project work and general organizational growth


•Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience
•Knowledge of Operational systems highly preferred; Cisco Systems: Windows, UNIX, Linux, and Microsoft
•Ability to provide technical expertise in the analysis and resolution of issues to maximize system availability, and meet both internal and contractual Service Levels.
•Ability to maintain knowledge of technologies, including new technology developments.
•Experience with Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, DMVPN, and DNS.
