The Senior Mobile Product Manager is responsible for creating and refining mobile products to increase company performance, ultimately driving better customer experiences, greater business value, and more revenue. The Mobile Product Manager will lead product development efforts in a fast-paced Agile environment. S/he will work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments within the organization as well as externally with customers and market segments to understand business needs and market opportunity, translating those needs into product enhancements or new products. This individual will monitor, analyze and report on product initiatives and performance, communicating this data in a meaningful way to key stakeholders. The Mobile Product Manager must be a skilled communicator who can indirectly influence teams and individuals.


  • Manage mobile product development in a fast-paced, Agile environment, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful product and feature launches
  • Constantly keep a prioritized backlog with ready-to-go feature requirements so that developers are never blocked
  • Help guide product priorities, product plans, and overall product strategy
  • Work with sales and marketing to understand market potential and competitive landscape
  • Capture customer needs, product scenarios, user stories, and stakeholder feedback to create new and improve existing products
  • Create or work with design resources to create wireframes and design comps in order to guide engineering efforts
  • Monitor and communicate development progress and key issues to the pertinent areas of the business
  • Monitor and report on product performance: sales, margin, churn and other key metrics
  • Identify operational and support requirements and facilitate their implementation 
  • Communicate with other cross-functional areas, sharing product plans, identifying possible issues and concerns, and collaborating to address them
  • Facilitate and support product training and launches

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years focused on Mobile
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
