Current Need

RxCrossroads by McKesson, a business within McKesson Life Sciences, offers a breadth of products and solutions to biopharma and life sciences companies across a variety of commercial functions, including patient access and adherence, third party logistics and safety monitoring. The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing, RxCrossroads by McKesson, and is responsible for flawless execution of product marketing strategies for various solutions within the RxCrossroads business.

Key Responsibilities

Efforts include creation of promotional campaigns, sales education materials, collateral development, event production and execution of other materials needed to drive demand while delivering a seamless customer experience. Includes campaign results reporting and ROI analysis.

  • Maintain, update and execute marketing plans drive product penetration / growth and increase long-term value to customers.
  • Develop content for campaigns, sales / education materials, collateral, event production and presentation and other materials as needed to drive demand and retention while delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Responsible for project management (e.g. facilitate marketing, legal/compliance, and internal stakeholder reviews of content), quality assurance, campaign results reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Drive strategic growth by positioning our capabilities to align with patient, customer and market needs through product positioning, value demonstration and �proof points,� driving awareness of our comprehensive value proposition at the product/program-level.
  • Collaborate with the McKesson Life Sciences and RxCrossroads Marketing team to support development of marketing plans.
  • Compile competitive intelligence and conduct market research as needed. Understand the capabilities, tools and positioning of the competitive landscape.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional marketing, product, sales and communications teams.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years� experience working in a fast-paced marketing role.

Critical Requirements

Excellent copy-writing skills

Excellent presentation/PowerPoint skills

Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Experience managing campaigns, programs, and events

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to generate content for multiple formats/uses

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Experience within healthcare, specifically pharmaceutical services, preferred

B-to-B experience preferred.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Education

4-year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or equivalent degree.

Advanced degree appreciated.
