RxCrossroads by McKesson, a business within McKesson Life Sciences, offers a breadth of products and solutions to biopharma and life sciences companies across a variety of commercial functions, including patient access and adherence, third party logistics and safety monitoring. The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing, RxCrossroads by McKesson, and is responsible for flawless execution of product marketing strategies for various solutions within the RxCrossroads business.
Scottsdale, AZ or Dallas Ft. Worth, TX or The Woodlands, TX
Efforts include creation of promotional campaigns, sales education materials, collateral development, event production and execution of other materials needed to drive demand while delivering a seamless customer experience. Includes campaign results reporting and ROI analysis.
5+ years� experience working in a fast-paced marketing role.
Excellent copy-writing skills
Excellent presentation/PowerPoint skills
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (OneDrive, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience managing campaigns, programs, and events
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to generate content for multiple formats/uses
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Experience within healthcare, specifically pharmaceutical services, preferred
B-to-B experience preferred.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
4-year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or equivalent degree.
Advanced degree appreciated.
