Senior Marketing Product Manager - Company location: Kansas

? Review performance against operating plans and standards, providing reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, and subordinates on interpretation of results and approve changes in direction if necessary.

? Ensure pricing strategy and gross margin strategy consistent with Company goals and objectives.
? Work with sales and marketing staff to evaluate industry trends and opportunities for new and innovative products, and marketing strategies.
? Leadership in key customer line reviews and participation in team selling.
? Work closely with the Engineering Department to assure that all new products are designed and engineered to maximize market opportunities.
? Develop category management strategies that provide actionable shopper insights and competitive advantage.
? Assure the proper development of advertising and collateral materials and the management of associated support agencies.
? Manage the development of a specific brand of Automotive Products brands
? Ensure a consistent flow of new products and the maintenance and control of existing products.
? Assure proper development of merchandising and strategies.
? Develop market research initiatives.
? Make headquarters sales calls with the sales managers as necessary.
Location & Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary, along with performance-based bonus. This position is located in the Midwest (Kansas) and includes relocation assistance.
