The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Fidelity Institutional (FI) social media program to drive business results for both client acquisition and client retention. The person in this role will focus on managing and executing a Business 2 Business (B2B) social media plan (organic and paid) across multiple segments. As a subject matter expert (SME), the person will keep current on social landscape trends, platform innovations and help the organization test and learn into new opportunities.

The Expertise You Have

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree a benefit
  • 5-8 years of professional experience. Financial services experience not required
  • Experience executing paid social media strategies for a large company highly preferred
  • B2B marketing background

  • You possess expertise in social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and platforms (Spredfast, Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
  • You have strong experience in content marketing and social media strategies
  • You bring a proven track record of successful social media campaign strategies that lead to quantifiable business outcomes and ROI
  • You are able to interpret data, generate insights and recommend optimizations/new strategies
  • You have effective communication and presentation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Your strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, professional, self-motivated; eager to learn, participate, and contribute however necessary with positive "can-do" approach

The Value You Deliver

  • Work directly with the FI Marketing team and SMEs to develop a content strategy plan and executable calendar for FI's social media presence
  • Help influence strategy by ensuring we are targeting the right people, with the right message, at the right time through a holistic content story tied to the customer buying journey
  • Measure, track and report campaign success against a set of KPIs
  • Manage of all compliance requirements and processes, including supervision of ongoing customer-facing social media communications
  • Build strong connections with business partners and field facing associates to communicate our social media strategies and how they relate to and support FI business goals. Gather input from partners and adapt plans accordingly
  • Stay current on new trends in social media, including industry landscape, competitor activities, as well as glean insight from our own test and learns to update our best practices
  • Desire to drive operational excellence and efficiencies for campaign and program management
