Allure Beauty Box is seeking a Loyalty and Retention Senior Marketing Manager to be a critical member of the team. Working closely with the acquisitions counterpart the Senior Marketing Manager for Loyalty and Retention is charged with capitalizing on Allure Beauty Box’s membership growth and taking it to the next level. Driving subscriptions, engagement and consumer revenue, the Senior Marketing Manager will define our multichannel marketing strategy across a variety of platforms and media channels. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing and monetizing our existing Allure Beauty Box members through an iterative, data backed test and learn approach. As a creative multichannel marketer with a strong understanding of data analytics the Senior Marketing Manager will manage and execute initiatives across a number of internal and external teams.

The Position:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for engagement and retention of Allure Beauty Box members with the goal of improving loyalty and maximizing revenue. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop, manage and optimize all CRM efforts, inclusive of email, display and push notifications, while improving the lifecycle of current members. A successful candidate will be highly analytical and a strong partner for edit, product, technology, analytics and data science teams.

The Senior Marketing Manager will:

* Develop strategies and tactics for driving customer relationships, subscriptions and lifetime value
* Own end-to-end experience for current members, from conception to launch to analysis, building loyalty and retention from day one
* Drive segmentation strategy based on data and analytics working closely with cross-functional teams to increase retention and marketing sophistication
* Develop and execute on a brand relevant marketing calendar translating that calendar into actionable and detailed efforts
* Create, execute, and continually optimize a data backed testing plan with A/B testing
* Forecast, measure and report on results of marketing efforts assessing results against relevant KPIs/goal
* Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels (mobile, web, social, and strategic partners) and turn learnings into actionable next steps
* Collaborate with brand leads to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging

Skill set:

* 5+ years of retention marketing experience in lifecycle programs, segmentation and automation strategy
* Agile and fluid marketer with test and learn mindset, rapidly iterating on learnings
* Analytically and data driven with a keen creative sensibility and incredible attention to detail
* Results oriented with proven record of performing against aggressive growth targets
* An innate desire to seek out, understand and evaluate emerging technologies and then provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Conversant and able to use technology and marketing platforms and tools that can measure and drive marketing programs and conversions
* Stay abreast of lifecycle and retention marketing activities of other organizations and develop actionable insights
