My client has successfully reinvented their business in the time of Covid with year over year growth in excess of 100%. They specialize in the outdoor décor, gift and holiday consumer products industry with a reputation for innovation and continued strong prospects for growth. They seek a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution for the marketing and advertising departments who can operate at a high level in a fast paced environment. They are located in City of Industry.
This position is the most senior marketing position in the organization reporting to the President and slated to grow into a Director of Marketing position as the company and department grows.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing media content across all channels of distribution including written, photographs and video as well as create sales presentation templates and branding. They will also provide the sales team with product line sales and marketing strategies including plan-o-grams, sidekicks, brochures and packaging updates.
The right candidate must be able to increase brand awareness by driving strategies for tradeshows, social media, vendor conferences, online and brick and mortar advertising. They will analyze competition, target audiences, product goals and competitive pricing.
Experience needs to include managing a marketing calendar and delegation of projects to a marketing team while managing daily goals and priorities as well as product life cycle analysis.

· Drive strategy and execution for the Marketing and Advertising Departments:
o Oversee all media content for the company, across all sales channels and countries:
o Photography (Silos, ATI’s, Lifestyles, Etc…)
o Videos (Product, Instructional, Troubleshooting, Company growth etc…)
o Written Content
o Instruction Sheets
o Increase brand awareness in marketplace by driving strategies in the following areas:
o Social media
o Company lead conferences (Vendor Summits-USA, China, Philippines)
o Online Advertising (in partnership with outside agencies)
o Brick and mortar advertising campaigns
o Oversee company presentation templates and branding
o Create/Update company sales presentations Templates
o Company stationery

o Product Line Selling Strategy – Provide Sales team with marketing and advertising strategies for individual product lines using but not limited to the following:
o Planograms, sidekicks, shelf-talkers, brochures, packaging redesigns, e-blasts etc…
o Product Positioning – Develop competitive positioning for each product by analyzing the competition, target audience, product goals, brand strategy, competitive pricing etc…
o Provide product development team new design direction based on customer feedback and or marketing/advertising results
· Lead product life cycle to elevate performing SKUs and eliminate under-performing SKUs in a timely manner. Collaborate with Inventory planner for accurate product line forecasting. Develop forecasting for new product launches, new promotions, phase-outs and other activities
· Partners with Sr. Management Team and Sales Team to develop and execute the Company’s long-term marketing strategy
· Guiding marketing team on a daily basis to prioritize projects, problem solve and ensure deadlines are being met
· Manage marketing calendar (product launches, e-blasts, ecommerce new item live dates etc…)
· Other Tasks:
o Scheduling/scouting shoot locations
o Marketing budget
o Local printers (catalog / flyer printing)
o Promotional/Closeout program execution
